Dr. Andrew Sarta joined UCL as a Research Fellow in 2021. He completed his PhD at the Ivey Business School, Western University in London, Ontario, Canada. His research focuses on organizational adaptation and behavioural strategy within environments undergoing social or technological change where he has published research in the Journal of Management.
Empirically, he seeks to understand the early stages of adaptation in multiple sectors including financial services, where he studies FinTech, and healthcare, where he studies innovation in organizational forms. He is currently a Visiting Researcher with the University of Toronto as part of a global study being led by UCL in the Innovating Across Sectors Program.
