Thursday, 26 November 2020

How can organisations best manage stress management in the workplace?

What we will cover

What are affective disorders? How are they defined? What are their causes? And how can managers help avoid them? This interactive session will discuss central affective disorders, including depression, bipolar disorders, OCD and phobias. It will help students identify them and understand their causes. Then, it will review their antecedents and focus on organisational stress and its outcomes. Approaches for stress management in organisations will be reviewed.
