Description

How much do you know about assessment centres?

Group work case studies are a popular tool used in assessment centres, and give candidates the opportunity to demonstrate how they are able to apply their knowledge to a real business scenario and come up with quality business recommendations, as well as proving their teamwork, leadership and communication skills.

Assessment centres are a key part of the recruitment process for many employers and in this interactive session you’ll learn more about the skills that employers are looking for, and how these are assessed.

This event will help you to

  1. Better identify what to expect when attending an Assessment Centre
  2. Experience practical group work under timed conditions with Employer feedback
  3. Feel confident that they understand how Employers will assess them during an assessment centre and can prepare accordingly
