Description
Would you like to improve your interview technique with the help of experienced industry interviewers?
In this session you’ll get the opportunity to practice sitting a range of mini virtual interviews in small groups with experienced interviewers from different sectors. You will get experience at answering different types of questions ranging from competency to situational judgement, and receive on the spot practical feedback on how to address development areas, in a safe environment.
At the end of this session students will:
- Approach a range of interviews with greater confidence and experience
- Improve understanding of different types of interview questions that employers ask and how to answer them
- Demonstrate strengths and competencies effectively to interviewers
- Evaluate and improve your performance at these types of interviews with the help of industry feedback
