Prior to joining in Fitch in 2010, Redmond was a credit auditor at Santander UK and in the financial services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers in London. Redmond is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and earned a MA in Classics from the University of London. 

Redmond will give a detailed insight into the methodology used by Fitch Ratings when making decisions on credit ratings, after which we will be joined by David Santos, HR Business Partner and Nina Lapouridou, Resourcing Coordinator who will give an overview of the Analyst Programme which they are currently recruiting onto.
