UCL Executive Education partners with Umbria Business School on Innovation & AI

UCL School of Management recently hosted the second day of a three-day executive education programme organised by Umbria Business School (UBS) in London. This exclusive programme, titled “Leading Through Disruption: Agile Strategies, AI, and the Evolution of Work,” brought together managers and entrepreneurs from Italy, equipping them with innovative tools and insights to navigate the challenges of modern business.

Immersion in Disruption, Innovation, and Future trends

During their time at UCL, participants engaged in a series of impactful sessions led by renowned faculty members:

  • Innovation and Disruption: Dr. Maya Cara delivered an engaging session exploring how organisations can leverage innovation to secure a competitive edge while mitigating market disruptions.
  • Agile Strategic Management: Professor Paolo Taticchi introduced participants to practical frameworks and tools to foster agility in strategic planning, enabling them to respond effectively to disruptive challenges.
  • The Future of Work: Adam Kingl offered insights into evolving leadership paradigms and organisational designs necessary for success in the digital era.
  • AI and Organisational Change: Dr. Bart Vanneste led an in-depth discussion on artificial intelligence, its transformative potential, and its practical applications for driving innovation within organisations.
