        In this talk, we will lay out the challenges and opportunities that social data provides for making informed business decisions. We will share our approach to collecting, analysing and presenting social data insights; giving examples of how we turn data into insight across many different clients. We will provide perspective on what it’s like working in data insights for a leading, global media agency.
