Mihaela is a Product Manager currently developing products to facilitate smart automation with the use of Machine Learning and AI to drive human capital performance. She holds a Master’s Degree in Tech Entrepreneurship from University College London which combined with her 10 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams in Customer Experience, Project Management, and System Implementations, Mihaela embodies the challenge of finding lovable product solutions to customer and user problems. Mihaela is currently a Teaching Assistant for Msc Entrepreneurship - Strategy for Entrepreneurial Ventures and Managing the Growing Firm.
