Before joining UCL I received my undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of the West of England in management leadership and human resource management. I will begin my PhD studies in management this upcoming year to further my academic career. Previously I worked in the hospitality industry where I was the Head of People & Culture. 

Areas of interest:

- Designing organisations that are purposeful and personalised, 

- Understanding the relationship between leader and followers and what attracts customers to a leader/brand,

- Creating equity and driving inclusion within the workplace to improve the experiences of employees.
