Biography

Following a career with one of the most elite regiments in the British Army, drawing on a wealth of knowledge gained through lived experience working in the private, public, and social sectors over the last 20 years and, supported by a strong foundation of academic achievement: I help businesses with their approach to strategy, leadership, management and organisational change in a consultancy capacity.I deliver lectures, seminars, present and support insitutions on the very same topics and other associated business areas at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), the University College London (UCL), the University of Gloucestershire (UOG), the University of the West of England (UWE), the Swiss Business School (SBS Zürich) and Al Tareeqah Management Studies (ATMS UAE).In 2021 I presented to the British Academy of Management where I discussed the knowledge transfer between clients and MBA students operating in a consultancy capacity. In February 2022 I presented at the Business and Marketing Conference hosted by the University of Central Lancashire where I discussed navigating academia as a student, leadership and the career development journey.

I supervise a number of students in the completion of their final dissertation modules at undergradutate level such as ‘Enterprise Module’ students at the Univeristy of the West of England and MBA and MSc Finance students at the Univesrity of GLoucestershire (UOG).

I have always been passionate about people and inspired by philosophy, the fundamental nature of knowledge, reality, and existence. I am an abstract thinker with an IQ in the advanced category (Cattell B) who reflects in a philosophical manner, capable of combining what is in front of me with complex concepts and theoretical models in order to deliver creative solutions to problems.
