Biography
I am a fifth year doctoral candidate in the Organisations and Innovation group at UCL School of Management. I am a social networks and creativity scholar. My research uses a social networks perspective to understand the creative idea evaluation process. I ask two questions:
- How do individuals identify creative ideas at work?
- how do employees react to evaluations of creative ideas?
I enjoy using a variety of research methods (e.g. experiments, archival data, field surveys, qualitative observations) to address my research questions in interesting organisational contexts.
