Mauricio Pettinato Lucio is currently an Adjunct Lecturer for the MSIN0047 - Entrepreneurial Finance module at UCL-East and serves as a Teaching Assistant for various modules within the MSc Entrepreneurship programme.  Previously, he gained extensive experience in the mining industry, where he held the role of Managing Director at two consultancy firms in São Paulo, Brazil. In these positions, he led both the technical and financial departments. Mauricio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geology and a Master’s degree in Mineral Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil, as well as an MSc in Entrepreneurship from UCL. His interests include finance, innovation, and sustainable entrepreneurship, which inspire his contributions both in academia and industry.
