Costanza Morbidelli is an MRes/PhD student at UCL School of Management. Her research interests lie at the intersection between gender inequality and social network analysis. Before joining UCL, Costanza graduated from the MSc Program in Management at Bocconi University where she also received a Bachelor in Business Administration and Management. Costanza spent two exchange semesters abroad, one at Copenhagen Business School and the other at Carlos III University of Madrid. Prior to starting her PhD, Costanza worked as a research assistant at SDA Bocconi School of Management applying qualitative and quantitative methodologies and deepening her interest in social networks and diversity in organisations.
