Chau is a qualified accountant (CGMA with CIMA), formerly an auditor at Ernst & Young. He has a PhD in Accounting and Finance, MSc in Finance and Investment and also an MBA. Chau is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. He also served on the CPD Review Board of the Chartered Association of Business Schools. His research into the behaviour of financial market participants are regularly published on internationally excellent outputs as well as discussed at prestigious conferences worldwide. Growing up in the aftermath of one of the world’s most devastating wars of the 20th century, Chau has a genuine love for helping young people realize their dreams, regardless of their starting point. He believes in the power of clear and positive thinking.
