The Executive Education and Alumni Relations Officer acts as the administrative lead for executive education programmes, enterprise and alumni relations activities delivered by the UCL School of Management. The role supports the delivery of all the School’s executive education programmes, both open and bespoke, in addition to building relationships with existing clients and alumni in order to sustain and promote business. Key Requirements - The post requires a very high level of customer service skills and the ability to build professional relationships with a range of clients and alumni, therefore the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing is paramount. Thorough attention to detail and accuracy in work is vital and the post holder will be expected to contribute to the development and improvement of administrative processes associated with the School’s executive education programmes, enterprise activities and alumni community.
