Open to the entire UCL community, we'd like to invite you to come along to the Business Leaders Speaker Series and connect with an industry professional.

Established in 2020, 'Manageable' is a tech-enabled skills mastery platform that is designed to drive positive organisational changes, starting from its leaders. With a strong belief in the ripple effect of a workplace, where a managerial style impacts the way employees think, behave and learn, Manageable uses both experience and science to create tools that will aid managers in their journey, boosting their own confidence and their employee's engagement and productivity levels.

Co-Founder Farley, who has more than a decade of experience in coaching CEOs and their teams, will deliver his talk entitled 'Conversations = Performance' and will explore the ways in which managers and organisational leaders can increase employee engagement and performance through conversation. He will also discuss Click, a simple yet powerful framework from Manageable that helps individuals lead impactful conversations.
