Is marketing still a skill, or just a prompt?

Description

Join us on Tuesday 30 June for an evening of networking and discussion, as we explore how AI is reshaping the marketing profession.

The real question isn’t whether AI is changing marketing. It’s which skills, roles and tasks are disappearing, which are surviving, and which are quietly becoming more valuable than ever, and how you can adapt.

Bringing together leaders from across video production, performance marketing, communications, sales, and agency environments, the discussion will offer ginest perspectives on where AI and automation have successfully replaced human effort, where they have fallen short, and which aspects of marketing still require distinctly human judgement, creativity and expertise.

The panel will be moderated by Balázs Zahorecz, Founder of Benton Creative and UCL MSc Entrepreneurship alumnus (2020).

Panel speakers:

  • Pablo Jiménez de Parga Ramos — Co-founder of throxy (Y Combinator’25).
  • Laurelle Remzi — Head of Communications at DeepL.
  • Ikenna Mokwe — Founder of OnGen Studio.
  • Aleksandra Lazarević — Marketing Executive at Mara Invest and UCL School of Management Alumni Advisory Council member.

Join us for an engaging discussion on the opportunities, challenges, and career implications of AI in marketing, followed by networking with fellow alumni, students, and industry professionals.
