UCL SoM Xinyao Wang has been awarded the Intelligent Risk Essay Award

UCL School of Management MSc Finance student Xinyao Wang has been awarded the Intelligent Risk Essay Award for her exceptional essay, which will be featured in the upcoming issue of the magazine. The award celebrates analytical thinking, originality and the ability to engage with complex topics in finance and risk management.

The Intelligent Risk Essay Award recognises students who demonstrate outstanding insight, research and writing skills in the field of finance and risk management. It is presented to individuals whose essays stand out for their clarity, originality and engagement with current issues.

Annie submitted both an original and a final version of her essay, which impressed the judging panel for its depth of analysis and thought leadership. Her work will be published in the Intelligent Risk magazine, with the issue expected to be released in the second week of December. This award highlights Annie’s ability to combine academic knowledge with practical insight, reflecting the high standards and rigour supported at the School.

Annie shared that she is delighted to receive the award and grateful for the support and guidance she received throughout her essay-writing process.
