Teaching & Learning Administrator

The UCL School of Management is seeking to recruit a Teaching and Learning Administrator. The post holder will provide support to the Teaching and Learning Manager for all matters relating to the teaching and learning activities of the School, in particular programme development, timetabling, examinations, and quality monitoring. Duties will also include support for the running of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes and the introduction of new degree programmes.

The School offers innovative undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes to prepare leaders for the next generation of technology intensive organisations and for academic careers in leading universities.

Applicants must have previous experience of administration in higher/further education or in a teaching and learning environment. Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (Including Mathematics and English Language) or equivalent, or having acquired relevant experience. Clear verbal and written communication skills are also essential. In addition, the role requires interaction with many people within and external to UCL thus a professional attitude, willingness to help and a flexible approach to work are required. 

This is a full time post which involves working 36.5 hours per week. The salary (including London allowance) is £26,976 - £31,614 per annum.
