UCL School of Management faculty Clarissa Cortland, Felix Danbold and Chia Jung Tsay are partnering with the Cherie Blair Foundation to support one million women entrepreneurs by 2023.

Intergenerational conflict is a growing topic of discussion with many believing the main fractures lie with Baby Boomers and Millennials. Felix Danbold and his co-author’s latest study examined the intergroup threat theory in an exploratory survey to find that Millennials and Baby Boomers do in fact express more animosity than any other generational grouping.
