Millennials vs. Baby Boomers: The Tensions Are Real, How Do We Manage Them?

Intergenerational conflict is a growing topic of discussion with many believing the main fractures lie with Baby Boomers and Millennials. Felix Danbold and his co-author’s latest study examined the intergroup threat theory in an exploratory survey to find that Millennials and Baby Boomers do in fact express more animosity than any other generational grouping.
