Duties and Responsibilities

UCL Careers are seeking two Senior Employer Engagement Officers to support the career development of students studying one of UCL School of Management’s Undergraduate Programmes, BSc/MSci Management Science and BSc Information Management for Business (IMB), in the first instance. The UCL School of Management is home to UCL’s business and management research and education programmes, having forged a reputation for world-leading research and teaching in the areas of innovation management, the creation and growth of technology-intensive organisations, business analytics, and entrepreneurship.

The post holders will work within the School of Management Careers Team and alongside the Management Science/IMB Programme Director to lead, manage and develop relationships with employers that our students aspire to work for, across designated sectors of interest. This will include enhancing and developing existing relationships, as well as proactively initiating new relationships. They will then work with employers to devise and facilitate activities that will enable students to understand the opportunities available to them, and that prepare them to excel in the recruitment process. Delivery may be in person at the Bloomsbury campus, online, or at a company premises, and may include presentations, workshops, internships, or work-based learning experiences.
