Student Experience and Wellbeing Officer - Ref:1880082

The purpose of the Student Experience and Wellbeing Officer role is to enhance the experience of all students in the UCL School of Management, building a sense of belonging and community. The role also provides wellbeing support to students of all levels.

The role holder will work closely with the Teaching and Learning Manager/School Tutor, the Teaching and Learning Support Team, programme directors and student representatives on a range of initiatives to promote a world class experience for students. This will involve reviewing, analysing and acting on student feedback, ensuring students’ engagement with the wider UCL community and acting as a facilitator and advocate for students and their representatives.

Key Requirements - The role requires excellent planning, organisational and decision-making skills, including the ability to coordinate a range of simultaneous tasks or activities, exercise initiative and problem-solve effectively. Post holder will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a similar role, with demonstrable experience of initiating, reviewing and developing initiatives and resources which support students, and an awareness of the issues relating to student life.
